This is a truly sad moment. The whole concept for this site, I believe is to promote other forms of transportation. But education is a large key to this component. If she had only crossed the street, at the corner, with the proper walk light, this tragic event may not have occurred. Please pray for the family, they need love, understanding and compassion. The victim was a motorist, on foot, after her car became inoperable. If she had only not be out driving at night, this tragic event may not have occurred.
